Auto refresh charts in Word

Hi,

I've got some charts linked into a word doc from an excel sheet. Is there a
way I can update them all in one go (apart from closing and reopening the
file), instead of doing them all individually via 'update link' please?

with the cursor in the main text area: CTRL-A (SelectAll), followed by
F9 (UpdateFields) should do the trick.

Note: every Word "field" (Date, TOC, SEQ, INDEX, etc.) will be updated
that way.
