Auto Previewing a report

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to make or preview a report once a
month automatically? Can I use a date field in the
underlying query to do this? If so, what expression can I
use?

Do you want this report to show a certain date range - not quite sure
what you are asking. Just give us a little more detail - thanks.
 
I have a report that is a reminder letter. It needs to go
out every 30 days from the persons "join date". How can i
get the query to pull records every 30 days from the
persons join date so that i can base my letter on those
records??
