Create a macro named Autoexec with open the form as action.
To NOT open when Access 2007 DB starts you must hold down the shift key.

you can also set a form to open as the database opens in the following
manner. Set the open form event of the database Found by clicking the Windows
Globe in the top left hand corner of the database window, select access
options at the bottom of the drop down window. Select current database, set
Display form control to Your form name which is to be opened. you can also
hide the tables, forms etc using this area but dont unclick the allow access
special keys. This will, as the previous poster says, allow you to press the
shift key while opening the database to show all the things you have hidden.

Be careful, try out on a copy of your database not the only version. and
regularly back up

Hope this helps?????
