Auto mail response

I tried to follow instuctions from the web to create
instant messaging when I am Out of Town. The directions
noted to create a message in outlook, then save as
an "outlook template" - but this is not one of the "file
types" offered. Is there something I am doing wrong??

On the main screen go to tools/out of office assistant.
Reset is easy. Email me with questions
