Auto Logon: Pass-Through Authentication?

How does one auto logon to RDP?

I want to deploy terminal services to a large group (30 to 150) of users so
they can click on an icon and start a RDP session without having to log on to
the session.

They have already logged onto the computer, how do I pass that
authentication information instead of prompting the user for that same
information over and over.

Our users already have several logins and passwords that they can not keep
correct and the extra login is redundent and confusing for them. I could
script a solution if I was directed to the correct information.

Pass-through authentication is not a native feature of Windows
Terminal Services. Citrix does support this, and there might be other
add-on applications which support it.

Users can save their credentials in their rdp file, but this
information is not automatically updated when they change their
password in the domain.
