R Rick Rogers Jun 13, 2006 #3 Hi, Control Panel/Power Options/Advanced tab, uncheck the line to "prompt for password when computer resumes from standby". Control Panel/Display/Screensaver tab, uncheck the line "on resume, display welcome screen". -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP Windows help - www.rickrogers.org
