Auto include recipients name in reply

Hi,

How is it possible to get Outlook to automatically insert the
recipients name in a message when replying or composing a new mail, so
I dont have to manually type it.

Eg:

Hi <name automatically goes here>

Click Help. Enter "mail merge" in the search box. Read all about it.

Mail Merge works for bulk messaging. I'm talking about replying to individual messages.
