Auto Hide Taskbar

When I activate this feature it works fine until I
restart the computer then it unchecks itself and I have
to go into properties and re-check it. I know this not
normal from friends of mine trying it on their
computers. Has anyone else had this problem? If did you
get it fixed? Please tell me how you straightned it
out. Thank you.
