Hi all:

Is it possible to "auto-fit" a picture to a slide so it takes up the entire
slide? So I want to drag a picture of any size onto the slide and have it
auto re-size to the slide, so that when I start the PPT, all that is seen is
the picture, no slide.

Thanks for any and all input.

If you create a slide with the layout (format > slide layout) "content" and
resize the placeholder to full screen, select the placeholder and then copy
and paste should give full screen pics (I dont think drag will work but you
can try)

If it works you can use insert > duplicate slide to get more "blanks"

Did that answer the question / help?

Hi:

Thanks for the tip! That didn't work perfectly, however it does size the
picture vertically, so all I need to do is stretch it horizontally a bit.
It's still an awesome time saving, it is taking me about 5 seconds to create
each slide now vs. about 20 the way I was doing it! :)

Thanks!

John.

John,
Here's another simple way --- without doing any advance setting:
After placing your image, click the image to make selection, hold down
Ctrl key and pull out any one of 4 corners Anchor points. It always lock-in
perfectly.
