I have a Win2K PC with OutlookXP (fully patched).
Every time the user closes Outlook, the Automatic Completion Cache in the
"Send To:" field is cleared. Is there a setting causing this?

If you are using system policies, I would look there first.

Yup, thought the same thing.
She's on an SBS2K network, and the policy is good to go, as best as I can
tell. The only change has been her upgrading from Outlook 2K (worked great)
to XP (now this issue).
Can you think of any other areas that may be causing this? Please, keep
them coming...
Thanks in advance.
