auto email from a form

I have created a form that allows me to send a report
using docmd.sendobject and it works fine on my
developement machine. When I installed the database on a
customers machine I get a pop up saying Microsoft Access
can't email this message. Is that an Access thing or an
Outlook thing. I'm using MS Access 2k and Windows 200 as a
developer and Xp as the customers machine. Any Help???
