Auto disconnect is makeing me crazy

I have tried changing all of the settings to stop auto
diconnect from asking me if I want to terminate my
connection. IE is NOT the only web software that I use and
I need this to stop.

DOes anyone know how to stop this?

If you're using XP:
Try control panel \ network connections
right-click your isp name
properties
options tab
you'll see a box for the amount of idle time before hanging up
Change as desired, okay your way out, reboot.
