auto dialing dial up connection at startup

I had the downloader.trojan virus. Removed it with norton
antivirus. But now when I start win xp my dial up
connection starts. I did a clean boot and have found out
it is from the "load startup items". I removed all items
from my startup folder but still no luck.

Control Panel>Network connections right click on your

dialer and select properties,under the options tab
uncheck "redial if line is dropped"
