Auto Dial and File Transfer

Hi
I need to software for Automatically Dial and send some file.
How can I transfer files automatically by windows or other software.
I find following : FileLink 3000 and PyroTrans
Do you know more?

Assuming you had figure out how to 'auto dial' in networking group, and you
