Auto Date stamp

In my form, I have a field name DateCreated. This field is
automatically fill in everytime the user creates a new
record. Likely, I have problem with the date that is no
longer automatic fill in. It is just blank.

I checked the properties on this DateCreated field. I set
the Default Value =Date()and it has been working for over 2
years and certainly it stop working with this setting.

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.

You may have Reference errors in your database.
