Auto complete issue

Whenever I send a messag to someone, when I go to type in the email address,
often time outlook (XP) will popup an email address that it anticipates is
the address or name that I intend on typing...

This is cool for the most part, but is really annoying when I start out type

'Jo' and it pops up (e-mail address removed)

but I intended (e-mail address removed)

how can I delete the incorrect entry or stop this from happening?

I was unable to hit a delete key as there were no suggessted names....but
renanming the
nickname file works and allows me to start over I guess making better naming
choices in the future that won't conflict with each other.

the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
