I read your post to my quiry about my auto complete not retaining memory
for
more than 24 hours. I went to the office help section and there was an
article about finding the NK2 file and renaming it because it might be
corrupt. However when I did a search of my computer no such file was found
even when I checked off show hidden files. I thought that mybe my Freedom
Firwall mioght be clearing the cache, but I am not sure. Would you have
any
other suggestions?

Russ Valentine said:Rarely has that solution been the correct one. Most of the time the problem
is with the profile, not the NK2 file. I'd still start by creating a new
profile, then making sure your new profile is enabled for autocompletion.
