I have attempted several times to delete all addresses
saved in the auto complete option. The help index keeps
telling me all I have to do is delete my history and all
address will be deleted. I have now deleted my history
about 150 times and there are still addresses in my auto
complete. Does anyone know how to delete these or where
on my computer they are saved? Thank you Lisa

For 9x/ME, boot into MS-DOS mode at startup (press F8) and locate and delete
index.dat file in the TIF folder. If you are using 2000/XP, login as
administrator and delete the index.dat file present in that particular user
profile.

Lisa,
Possibly your History folder is corrupt:
[XP\2K]
Log on as Administrator and delete the desired <username> folder(s).
[example]
"C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\HISTORY"
