Auto changing mouse>scroll wheel from 30 lines to 1 page

Every time I boot I have to run TweakUI to change
mouse>scroll wheel from 30 lines to 1 page.

A REG file could be input to Regedit in Startup folder
to do that change auto. So I need to know what registry
key(s) or other stuff TweakUI is changing. I thnk
TweakUI has no runtime parameters.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\IntelliPoint\Scrolling
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-3936860944-2075014391-284059253-1005\Software\Microsoft\IntelliPoint\Scrolling
all had scrolling entries but non changed when I used
TweakUI to change scroll wheel from 30 lines to 1 page.

I'm stumped & there are NO tech manuals re TweakUI .

I don't know what registry entry TweakUI changes (or not), but I'd get
Regmon from http://www.sysinternals.com and run it while making the change
with TweakUI. That will tell you what registry entries are being accessed.

Telling Tweak to scroll by 3 produced following Reg
changes BUT telling it to scroll page at a time
produced nada, nothing in the Registry.
