Auto Adjust cell# in a Macro

Hey,

Does anyone know how to make a Macro auto adjust the cell #. For example if the macro needs to look at cell H8, but i insert a row, H8 becomes H9 now, but the macro is still looking in cell H8. Is there a way to make the macro automatically look at H9 without having to retype H9 as i have many to retype?
