Auto-add contact for sent messages?

I remember a feature in Outlook 2K where you can have it
automatically create a new contact for everyone you send a
message to. Does Outlook 2k3 not do this? If it does,
where is the option?

I know I can right click on a contact and click Add to
Contacts, but that's not what I'm looking for. I just
want to have it create a contact for everyone I send a
message to automatically and I'd rather not have to
program it in vba.

You have to use code to have this feature, the same as you do in Outlook
2002:
