Auto Accepting Appointments

Can Outlook be set to auto-accept appointments through a rule. If so,
would this be a 'server' or 'client' rule?

If this can't be done, can a setting be changed on the exchange server
to mark appointments as "busy" on a user's calendar instead of
tentative?

The auto-accept setting is a client setting not a rule thing
