Auto Accept

Hi all

I have just moved from Groupwise to Outlook. Is it possible to auto accept
all appointments (for recurring meetings). Also in groupwise if you were sent
an appointment it appeared in the calendar (in italics) until you accepted or
declined (disappeared).

I have tried to find these settings but can't. Do they exist?

Any help greatly appreciated.

There are auto-accept options here: Tools menu > Options > Calendar >
Resource Scheduling

Appointments that aren't accepted remain in the Inbox or other mail folder
until you do something with them
