auto accept

Auddog

I created a user for our conference room name conference. I have logged
into the system as conference and set the calendar options to automatically
accept meeting requests and to automatically decline conflicting meeting
requests. I have been trying to setup a meeting and have it accept
automatically, but it's not working. It just sets in the Inbox. Any ideas
what I could've missed. We are using exchange 2000 and outlook 2003.
Secondly, does anyone know how I can make this calendar a public folder
