I am being asked by AuthorizeNet to immediately implement their Simple
Integration Method (SIM) for processing my orders through their payment
gateway.

Does anyone have a sample of how to do this from a FrontPage web page. I'd
be much obliged and be willing to send lots of good vibes in return.

Thanks
Alec B.

Hi Alec,

What the Simple Integration Method is? I think it's better to ask
AuthorizeNet about how to implement this.

There has no exist template which can do this.

Thanks for using Microsoft News Group!

If you are currently using a shopping cart, then you need to contact the
author of the shopping cart application to make the required changes.

AuthorizeNet has been processing the transactions but has changed the way
there payment gateway works. They are telling me I must switch over to this
new way which they like to call the "Simple Integeration Method" but
apparently its not simple enough.

I was hoping someone here had already gone through this.

I've tried asking AuthorizeNet a number of times now but they tell me they
do not support Frontpage.

I was hoping someone here had already done this and could give me some
sample script.

I am not using a shopping cart. My order form is very simple with only a
couple of products. A full blown shopping cart is unnecessary. I have a page
that the customer just checks the products they want (quantity assumed to be
one) and then some script totals it up and submits it to the authorizenet
payment gateway. It was very easy until now.

I didn't mean to imply that this was a problem with FrontPage. I realize
that FrontPage is in no way at fault here. And I am attempting to use the
AuthorizeNet hosted payment form. That's the problem. In order to use their
payment form I need to wire it into my site. That's with the "Simple
Integration Method" does. This involves scripting a conversation between my
pages and there site and that is what I'm having a problem with. My hope was
that someone out there had already gone through this and figured out exactly
what was necessary to make this work from a FrontPage based site.

Hi Alec,

There has no exist form or template which can do this. I think it's better
to contact the support of the web site. They said they don't support the
Front Page. You can ask them what develop language they support. Or, you
can have them to give you some sample code. You can modify these sample
code into your web site with FrontPage.

Thanks for using Microsoft News Group!

If you want to use the hosted form, then all you need to find out is how to
create a form link from your page to their form, and send the required info.
You don't have to mention that you are using FP, as the code to do this
would be same no matter what HTML editor you are using.
