R Richard G. Harper May 11, 2004 #4 Unfortunately, the minimum IS administrator. Try going to Windows Updates as either a normal user or a power user and see what happens. If you're in a 2K/XP environment, why aren't you looking at Software Update Services? http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserversystem/sus/default.mspx
