authentication problems

I get message saying none of the authentication methods supported by this
client are supported by your server and I cant send emails. Can anyone help
please

I would contact your service provider and ask them what clients they support.

If its Microsoft exchange, i do know the default client would be outlook 2003,2007 and the upcoming 2010.
