Dear Friends,
I developed a web site for our company Intranet. I configured the IIS to
make this site available in one of the workstations in our domain (we use
Active Directory). My problem is: if I store the web site files in a folder
located in the workstation where IIS is installed, everything works fine.
However, the web site files need to be stored in a folder located in our File
Server (), and when we try to access the site, a dialog box appears asking
for Username, Password and Domain Name.
Note:
- The folder where the files are stored is mapped in the workstation where
IIS is installed by a drive letter;
- All workstations in our domain use Windows 2000 Professional.
Does anybody know what can i do to stop this dialog box from appearing?
Thanks a lot!!
