AUTHENTICATION FAILED - CAN YOU HELP PLEASE

Hi - I would really appreciate some help please.

I have an AOL email address and followed AOL's instructions on how to
transfer my emails into outlook. I can send and receive emails just fine but
everytime I click on a subfolder it brings up the message below?? In addition
not all of my messages within sub folders have been transferred and none of
the new messages I send come up in the sent items folder? Any ideas on how I
can fix this please?
