Authentication Code

My computer was turned to toast by a surge during the
black out a couple of weeks ago. I am trying to reload
software onto my new PC. I have both Front Page 97 and
the newer 2000, but do not have the boxes they came in,
hence no authentication code that is asked for during
install.

My question is; does anybody know how I can go about
getting another or updated Authentication Code? I have
not been able to update my website for a couple of weeks
now.

Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Randy

if you have the cd & cases - the product code/cd-key is on the cd cases - like
it says "Do NOT Lose This Number!!!!".

Thanks Andrew for your reply. So goes the best laid
plans. There in lays the problem, I do not have the cd
case, as it bit the dust many moons ago. You live and
learn, I now write down all the product codes separately
but unfortunately the cd case was lost prior. At the
time I never even thought about having to reload it.
Shows how much I know, and that prior planning prevents
Piss poor results.

So, any thoughts about finding a product code? When I
first purchased the software I did register on-line, do
you think Microsoft has a record of that and would be
able to provide a back up code?

Thanks,

Randy
