aus a8v-deluxe problem

hey guys i got an amd 64 3000+ with a asus bord and sometimes but only
sometimes when i start or restart comp i get this message ..
"hardware initiate failed please check device"
"the bios does not be installed .press <g> to continue and after
windows loads everything looks ok all devices are ok and working anny
help or ideas would be apreciated ty .

The problem is that you didnt' adequately describe the
system.

Since we lack data it would only be a guess that your RAID
controller isn't detecting the drives at POST, but so long
as you don't have to boot from the (then-missing) drives
you'll be ok so long as they're detected eventually.
