Hi Mick,

The first thing we are going to need to find out is what "augmsg.exe" is.
It sounds like it may be a third party application. I'd like to find out.
Please do the following:

Click Start, Search
Select All Files and Folders under the area titled "What do you want to
search for?"
In the "All or part of the file name:" window, enter augmsg.exe.
Make sure you are searching your hard drives on the "Look in:" option.
Hit <ENTER> or click the Search button.

You should see the file name appear on the right hand side in the name
column.
Look in the "In Folder" column. What does it say? Is there a recognizable
application name listed? Is it something you use? If not, see if the
application is in Add/Remove Programs and remove it from your computer.

To use Add/Remove programs:
Click Start, Control Panel
Select Add or Remove Programs
Select the program, then select remove.

If this doesn't work for you, please let me know and we will try some more
steps to stop this problem from happening. :-)
