Auditing Users netowrk and TS Client

Hi

Does anyone know how I can log which user has logged in
and when, also to what machine. If possible what
applications used by them ?

I want to do this particularly over Terminal Server
Clients.

You need to log security events.

Windows won't do that by default, but SMS will allow tracking of
application usage

How they access it is not realy relevant. The tools are the same no matter
what.
