At the RUN prompt type GPEDIT.MSC.

Then Select COMPUTER_CONFIG - WINDOWS_SETTINGS - SECURTIY_SETTINGS -
LOCAL_POLICIES - AUDIT_POLICY

You can also:

At the RUN prompt type MMC. At the console1 window go FILE -
ADD/REMOVE_SNAP_IN, ADD - GROUP_POLICY_OBJECT_EDITOR, LOCAL_COMPUTER,
FINISH, CLOSE, then OK. Then Select COMPUTER_CONFIG - WINDOWS_SETTINGS
- SECURTIY_SETTINGS - LOCAL_POLICIES - AUDIT_POLICY.

Hope this helps!
