audiodg.exe , what is it?? (Windows audio device graph isolation?)

It uses crazy ammounts of CPU and memory when I am just doing something
simple like watching WMC live TV.

Do I need this?

Can I turn it off or stop the process without killing my Vista install?

Is it supposed to use up this many resources when doing simple tasks?

Thanks

LOL!! Marvelous!!

So if I understand this correctly , basically everything that uses sound
has to be dragged through this BLOATED hunk of DRM crap?? and for what?
No wonder Creative Labs is so pissed , and I have to WAIT...AGIAN till
March at the earliest to see if MAYBE the new Creative drivers can work
around this.

No wonder my life is going by so fast....

Thanks for the heads up Jugger
