I hope this subject isn't outside of this forum's criteria.
I've transferred an audiobook from vinyl to MP3 as one long track. When I listen to it on my radio/CD/MP3 combo and stop the MP3 recording, it does not re-start where I turned the combo off, but starts from the beginning again. The combo will not fast forward, but increments by track numbers. Is there a simple way of creating tracks (if that's the right term) say at every 3 mins of audio, so I can scroll (for want of a better word) to the place where I turned the combo off? Hope all this makes sense!
Thanks,
Mike
