I can not seem to fade in on an audio file and at the end of the file fade
out. It is one or the other. Thoughts? Comments?

overlap two files by pulling the second one over the first a bit... to make
a transition... and they will fade in and out.
If you want long fades to or from silence, use a silent audio clip... any
clip with the audio muted will work.
