Audio to CD

What method, if possible, should I use to convert the audio portion of a
movie file to be played on a CD that can be read on a typical car or home CD
player?

I downloaded a recital from my digital camera to the computer and then
edited the audio portion only. After I saved it to a CD, I noticed that it
looks like the file type can only be read using Windows Media Player.

Will I need to use a 3rd party software? If so, which one.

Thanks so much!

You can use Windows Media Player to make an audio disk frm that WMA you
made.
Drag your audio clips into the play list and from menu choose File > Copy >
Copy To Audio CD
