After encoding, demuxing, and muxing, watched the video closely. I saw the
people on it looked like a Kung-fu movie. The voice was out of sync with the
video.
I went back to the original capture and it was out of sync there. So, it is
not the encoding, etc., but the original capture.
I am using the Pinnacle PCTV Deluxe and capturing at a bitrate of 9
(720x480; I think) on USB 2.0. I am not really sure what to ask, but does
anyone have any ideas where to start on something like this?
Or is there a way to move the sound stream back into sync with the video?
Thanks.
