Audio Speed Running Too Fast

I have Windows 2000 NT ans use Windows Media Player as my
audio software. The problem is, the speed plays too fast
both with CDs and audio files such as .mp3 and .wav.

Can anyone help?
 
Nora, i just experienced the same problem. My OS is
Windows 2000 professional. I have no idea on whats going
on. I have posted a message myself on this issue and i
wish someone to reply either to mine or to yours and help
us.
