Audio problem with DV (AVI) output, recode codecs doesn't help

I have the same problem mentionned a couple of times in this group: When I choose DV as the output format of my final movie I have thes audio errors at every transition. This doesn't happen when I choose wmv as the output format, but for some reasons Nero Vision Express has rpoblems with this and ends the transcoding with an error message after minutes or hours. I used the recode codecs software to switch off the codecs, but the problem remains.
 
Does your project contain MP3 audio clips? If so, you should
convert them to WAV before importing them into MM2. MM2 is
known to have problems transcoding MP3 to DV-AVI.
