Im using 2.1 w/ SP2 for a project for my brit lit class, I have the video
edit and all on my story board, the audio seems fine as an individual clip,
but when I play it as a part of the story board it has about a one second
lag to it. Is there any solution to this probleme, also in addition to
posting a reply here I would be very appreachiative if you sent the solution
to Pie4Weebl @ hotmail .com I appreachiate any help I can get!

in addition to this it is notiable that sometimes the audio will fail midway
through playback or sometimes it will not work at all.

also I read on PapaJohn's site about converting the audio to wav, can this
work if the full file is already edited and would it change anything if I was
already working with an mpeg file? (Step by step instruction for how to
re-rout the audo in MM would be nice too) Thanks, I really need this help, or
im screwed big time.

Where did you get the file from? It sounds like there may be gaps in the
audio stream that aren't marked as such. If you got it from your video
camera, you may want to try capturing it again and make sure you have plenty
of disk space and that your hard drive is not heavily fragmented beforehand.
