I have a power point presentation and on some slides I put audio on it. I
have saved my presentation to a disk and when I open it the audio doesnt
play. Now while it was just saved to my computer the audio wouldnt play
unless the CD was in there so, how do I save audio to my presentation. BTW I
have XP professional.

If you've used music from a CD, you'll always need to have the CD in your drive
when you run your presentation so that PowerPoint can find the audio track. If
you plan to distribute your presentation you'll need to "rip" the track(s) from
the CD to your hard drive and link to the files on the hard drive. You'll also
need to distribute the files along with your presentation.

To find a ripper, use google.com to search for a "audio ripper".

In most cases, when you insert audio in your presentation it is not incorporated
as an integral part of the presentation file. Instead it is linked. That means
that a pointer is inserted that tells PowerPoint where to find the audio file.
