Audio In FrontPage Website

I recorded some informational product presentations ranging from 4 mintues to
20 minutes long. I dragged and dropped them into a folder within the website
in order to be able to link to the "presentation", which I did............but
it is taking forever for the linked informational message to play. I created
the message in ROXIO, exported it to the desktop which was saved as a
MusicMath file which I then dragged into the FrontPage website folder.

Any ideas?

How big are the files?

The smaller file will take 10 minutes (roughly) to download at full
speed on a 1Mbps broadband connection, or nearly 3 hours at dialup
speeds if the connection holds that long - the larger file will take
over 3 times longer. When the file has downloaded, it should play.

With files this size you should look at streaming , or lower the quality
and thus the file size.

Can you lead me into the world of "Streaming Audio". I know nothing about it.
How would I set it up?
