audio delay

i recorde music on a program called sonar. when i say
something into the mic there is a short delay. it makes it
real hard to do vocal tracks. i had fixed the problem
along time ago but recently had to do a system restore and
cant recall what i did.

Its to do with latency. Make sure its as low as possible. You will be able
to access it from within Sonar audio options.
