i was wondering if its possible on movie maker, to have
music in the background of clips then make the music
volume go down like while someones talking then have it
goe back up.

Yes, but it doesn't have complex volume controls during a clip. You can
achieve it by splitting a long clip where you want the volume to change, and
adjusting the volume of the clips. I split one 3 second clip into 9 subclips
to have the volume gradually increase at the end rather than fade out.
Couldn't detect the splitting in the final movie.

It appears to me that you have to split the clip where
you want the music to go down, then you set the audio
levels on the 6th icon along(to the left) from where it
says storyboard. When you want to bring the music back up
split the clip again then you have the new clip to
increase the music. You can use fade in/fade out when you
click on 'clip' between 'tools' and 'play' at top) Hope
it works.
