Audio CD won't continue to play after first slide

I'm using PP 2003 and have inserted Movies and Sounds to Play CD Audio Track.
I've set it to start at beginning of CD and end at last track and to loop.
It starts on the first slide but as soon as it transitions to the 2nd slide
the audio stops.

What am I doing wrong?

After inserting the sound, click on it in the task pane and select Effect
Options. Here set the Stop after to 999 slides and see if it works.
 
I don't have Effect Options. When I go to Custom Animation I only have a
Start; Property & Speed (Property and Speed are Grayed out)

Any other suggestions on where I can find Stop?
 
In the large space under Speed, each animation is listed. Click on the one
referring to the sound and there will be a downward arrow where you will find
the Effect Options.
