Greetings Wigs,
You're not doing anything wrong, voice/video conversations are limited to one-on-one only
(that is, two people). You can however, have up to 15 people in a text-based conversation.
It is a limitation of how the technology works -- in order to have more then one-on-one
conversations, Messenger would need to support Multipoint-based conversations and/or have a
central server in order to deliver such a feature, at present, Messenger doesn't have this
capability (although MSN Messenger 6.x does allow you to let as many users as you want "view"
your webcam).

Unless we're doing something wrong, it seems that there's a limit of 2 people who can hold an
audio or video conversation in either Windows Messenger or MSN Messenger although more people
can join in on a 'keyboard conversation'.
Is that a software limitation or what - it isn't clear why more people can't join in - can
someone please explain?
Happy New Year
