When I start a huge data to copy, and listening something
via the sb audigy, the soundcrad makes anoying sounds like
having serious memory problem...

Please help, what could go wrong?

Try this: It might help to click the "RUN" button,
type "services.msc". Then find the "Windows Audio" and
dubble-click it. In "Startup type" chose "Automatic" and
then hit "Apply" and then "Start". Good luck.
