I want to buy casing Midi ATX Tracer TRO-122 Fisher PFC 400 Prescott
but I have now AMD 700MHZ nad I don't know that It will be
match with casing ATX P4?

If I am reading this correctly you want to buy the case Midi ATX Tracer
TRO-122 Fisher PFC 400

But you are not sure if your current motherboard will fit in it?

Do you know what make / model the motherboard is? What you provided was the
type of processor.

If the board you currently have is ATX or even Mini ATX it should fit.
